Results:
Providing the Executive Team with an evidence-based action plan to both integrate and segment four retail properties within one trading area.

Assignment:
As a consequence of a multi-site acquisition, the client suddenly owned four shopping centres within a 15 minutes drive time radius. MindFolio was invited to assist the senior management team with analytics, strategic insights, concept ideas, architectural briefs and re-branding efforts to create sustainable business models for each site.
